The coastal path passes through Polzeath on its way in one direction to Daymer Bay and on to Rock. In the other direction it will take you through New Polzeath, to Pentire Point and on round the coast towards The Rumps, Port  Quinn & Port Issac providing several miles of stunning coastline.
