Chapel Amble is a picturesque village in the heart of North Cornwall. Located on the River Amble, a tributary of the River Camel it is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet, peaceful break in the tranquillity of the countryside whilst being within easy reach of many of North Cornwall’s most popular hotspots.

The village is home to the renowned Maltsters Arms, a well stocked general store and post office and a small childrens farm, swimming pool and tennis court all of which are moments walk from the cottage.

The Maltsters Arms is a 17th Century gastro pub restaurant with open fires, flagstones and beams located on the village green. It is the perfect place for either a quiet drink or delicious supper with a family room upstairs. It serves fantastic food with an emphasis on local produce; it also serves a variety of local ales.

The cottage is situated on the edge of the village green.
